ANDREW MOORE CAPTURES DRP SIXER NATION STOCKS

WISCONSIN DELLS, WI – Andy Moore of Kendall, WI, made a statement at the 64th Annual Gandrud Performance Parts Season Opener, outlasting a competitive field to win the ZAC Racing Sixer Nation Street Stock feature.

The 18-lap main event saw front-row starters Ghage Moore and Todd Holerud lead the field to green. The early stages of the race were defined by a fierce side-by-side battle between Ghage Moore and veteran Tim Murphy Sr., who traded the lead multiple times over the first seven circuits.

By lap 11, Andy Moore had worked his way into contention, executing a pass for the lead that he would hold until the checkered flag. He was followed across the line by Matt Moore and Ghage Moore, completing a Moore family sweep of the podium. Tim Murphy and Curtis Hellickson rounded out the top five.

Earlier in the evening, Alivia Moore set the pace for the division, earning Fast Qualifier honors with a blistering 17.741-second lap. Preliminary heat race victories went to Tim Murphy Sr. and Ghage Moore.

The ZAC Racing Sixer Nation Street Stocks will return to action at Dells Raceway Park on Saturday, June 13th.
