Fenhaus Reigns Supreme: A Record-Breaking Third ICEBREAKER 100 Title
WISCONSIN DELLS, WI – Wausau’s Luke Fenhaus cemented his legacy as the undisputed "King of the Spring" this past weekend, capturing a historic third victory in the Icebreaker 100 Presented by Wegner Automotive.
A powerhouse field of Super Late Models took the green flag for the first major showdown of 2026, but it was Fenhaus who once again found the magic at Dells Raceway Park.
Race Highlights
• Early Dominance: Starting from the outside of row two, Fenhaus wasted no time charging toward the front. On lap 32, he made his move, overtaking 2025 Falloween 100 winner Tristan Swanson to seize a lead he would rarely relinquish.
• The Challenger: Defending Alive for 5 Series Champion Casey Johnson emerged as the primary threat, eventually climbing into the runner-up spot. While Johnson managed to close the gap during the mid-stages of the race, he couldn't find the speed to match the leader's pace.
• Power Play: As the race entered its final laps, the No. 4 machine flexed its muscle. Fenhaus pulled away from the field, crossing the finish line comfortably to secure the record-breaking win.
Official Results & Qualifying
Jacob Goede set the tone early in the afternoon, claiming Fast Qualifier honors with a blistering lap of 13.079 seconds.
