FIRST CAREER NASCAR REGIONAL SPORTSMAN WIN FOR TURZINSKI

Wisconsin Dells WI-Mauston, Wisconsin’s Bobby Turzinski Jr. worked his way forward diligently to win in the NASCAR Weekly Born Construction Sportsman at Truck Country Night at DRP. Starting from the inside of row three Turzinski Jr. would take the lead at the midway point of the 25 lap feature. Turzinski would hold off late charges from fast qualifier Allen Borntreger (14.821) and defending Champion Dave Trute. It was Turzinski's to fouth career Sportsman feature and his first NASCAR Regional win at Dells Raceway Park. Borntreger would finish second followed by Trute, Derrin Salo and Tommy Moore. The Diamond Racing Wheels Fast Dash was won by Cody Erickson while the heat race was won by Matt Mylin.
