RAKE MOTORSPORTS 50 TO MIKE LICHTFELD

Wisconsin Dells WI-Pardeeville, Wisconsin’s Mike Lichtfeld captured the win Saturday nights Rake Motorsports 50 lap main event for the Advanced Auto Parts NASCAR Weekly Gandrud Performance Parts Late Models. Starting from the inside of row five the nights fast qualifier Lichtfeld worked diligently to climb through the field to take the lead from race leader Kevin Kulka of Hazel Green WI just before the half way point of the event and cruised to is fourth win of the season in his tenth try. Weston Marthaler,of Glenwood MN finished second with Kulka ending up in the third position, Andrew Borntreger of Elroy would finsih fourth and Nick Nolden of Sun Prairie rounded out the top five. In earlier action the Diamond Racing Wheels Fast Dash was won by Cole Howard of Baraboo while the heat race was won by Milwaukee’s Brett Wachowiacz.
