Borntreger Best in Dells Sportsman
Wisconsin Dells WI 9/11/21-It took all season but David Borntreger of Wonewoc WI finally found himself in victory lane in the Dells Raceway Park Sportsman Division Saturday Night as he captured the 25 laps A-Main event presented by Kalahari Resorts. Borntreger held off newly crowned champion Chris Weber of Cashton WI and prior week's feature winner Chad Smith for the win as Joey Pontbriand and Brandon Birdsill rounded out the top five. Earlier Borntreger was also the winner of the Incredible Cars of Cross Plains fast dash, Mark Challet of Sparta won the heat race, and Logan Delaney was crowned Rookie of the Year for the sportsman division.
