TRIFECTA FOR TRUTE IN NASCAR REGIONAL SPORTSMAN

Wisconsin Dells WI-DaveTrute of New Lisbon went 3 for 3 in the Advanced Auto Parts NASCAR weekly Born Construction Sportsman on Gandrud Performance Parts Night at DRP. John Featherson and Tommy Moore bright the field to the green for their 25 lap main event. Moore would grab the initial lead and battle with Michael Gilomen for the top spot before breaking away from the pack. Current Points leader Dave Trute who started inside row 7 would land at the battle for the lead with 10 laps to go. Trute would make the pass and go on to with his third straight of 2024. Trute would be followed to the line by Moore, Gilomen, Allen Borntreger and Bobby Turzinski Jr. Trute was Fastest Qualifier with Qualifier with a lap of 14.589. Tommy Moore won the Diamond Racing Wheels Fast Dash.
