Steven Schulz Back to Back in UMA Mods

Wisconsin Dells WI 8/21/21-Waukesha driver Steven Schulz picked up his second feature win in as many weeks at Dells Raceway Park Saturday Night as he captured the SIX08-Graphics UMA Modified A-Main event. Schulz started the night taking top honors in qualifying and then marched his way to the front of the feature from his twelfth place starting spot taking the lead from Freeport, IL driver Brian Muick in the closing laps of the event. Muick would finish in second and Dave Edwards (Salem WI) grabbed third place with Justin Okruhlica (Jackson WI) and point leader Brad Wildes (Tomah, WI) rounding out the top five. Edwards by virtue of his third place finish pulled within seven points of Wildes in the season standings as the Modified Division has only one points night left heading into the season finally on Championship night September 11th. Earlier in the night Brett Wachowiacz of Milwaukee, WI captured the Diamond Wheels Fast Dash, and Dave Swanson of Reedsburg WI won the Blystone Towing Modified heat. Schulz was quick qualifier on the night with a time of 14.299 83.083.
