Pontbriand Scores Sportsman Win
Wisconsin Dells WI 5/15/21-Joey Pontibriand from Norway Michigan made the 4hr trip to Dells Raceway Park a successful one as his picked up his first feature win at DRP in the Scenic RV Centers Sportsman division by holding off Chad Smith of Davis Junction IL for the Win. Dillon Sellner of Randolph MN came home a strong third with Henry Vian from Sparta fourth and current point leader David Borntreger of Wonewoc WI rounded out the top five. Earlier in the night Pontibrand won the Fast Dash as well and Tony Holm of Prior Lake MN won the Incredible Cars heat race. Brandon Birdsill of Reedsburg was the evenings fastest qualifier with a time of 14915 79.611mph
