    PARTICIPANTS WANTED FOR "LABOR DAY OF DOOM"

    Front Page ImageIt was the Tuesday after Memorial Day, as dumpster after dumpster roared from Dells Raceway Park, overflowing with a wide variety of shrapnel. Remnants of cars, travel trailers, boats (yes, boats) and even a stray toilet bounced precariously at the top of the pile. If you didn't know any better, you'd think that the entire facility had been demolished, but thankfully, it was nothing more than the remnants of a great time.

    Memorial Day and Labor Day are fast becoming days of distinction at Dells Raceway Park.   For the second year running, fans have been treated to an innovative collection of thrill and destruction events dubbed "Memorial Day Mayhem" and "Labor Day of Doom".
