SCOTT GARDNER JR. GRABS DELLS MID-AM SERIES WIN
Wisconsin Dells WI-Indiana Driver Scotty Gardner Jr. won a thriller in the Mid America Stock Car Series at Dells Raceway Park Saturday night.. Rick Redig-Tackman and Kyle Brick brought the impressive field to the line for the Mid-Am 35 Lap main event. Brick would gain the early advantage as the field raced hard behind him. Scotty Gardner and Kenny Richards worked their way forward from their 5th row starting spots to race brick for the lead. Gardner would gain the advantage and try to drive away but Richards brought the fight to the front. As the laps went by Richards would turn up the heat gaining advantage position multiple times but unable to make the pass. On the final lap Richards would give it one last try but Gardner would win the drag race to the line for the win. In his post-race interview Gardner would emphasize his Thanks to Richards for an amazing and clean race and he hoped the fans enjoyed the show! Gardner was followed closely to the line by Richards, Joshua Nelms, Rick Redig-Tackman and Kyle Brick. The night’s fast qualifier Cameron Preisler finished 6th. The heat races would go to Tim Schmitt, Rick Redig-Tackman and Andrew Meyerhofer.
