1. Prior to weekly racing you may purchase as many tires as you like. You can practice with them as much and where you like.

2. Your tire bank will start at our first race, and consist of 6 tires of your choosing, all new, all used, you must submit. At every week of racing, you are entitiled to add two more tires to your bank, new or used.

3. At purchase, tire numbers will be recorded and put into your tire bank. You do not need to run your bank tires for hot laps, but you must run bank tires for qualifying and racing.

4. You do not need to run the tires the week you purchase them, but the tires you qualify on must be registered to you and in your bank. The tires you qualify on will be the tires you run for all racing events that night.

5. You must fill out a tire card every week before you qualify and if you are caught with a tire that is not in your bank, you will lose 25 points and start at the rear of every race you are in that night. If after any racing event it is discovered that a tire you ran does not match your tire card, loss of all points and money will result.

6. If someone shows up after the season has started, they will get four tires and start their bank from that point.
