DRP Re-Instates 7:00 PM Start Times
Early season shows will still be 4PM to account for colder weather.

Earlier this year, DRP announced that Saturday Night Racing start times were being moved up (1) hour from 7PM to 6PM in an effort to end the show earlier in the evening.  We received dozens of calls from long time race fans that were disappointed by the announcement.  Many fans arrive early to watch practice and qualifying, and the earlier start time would prohibit many of them from doing so.

DRP is in the midst of constructing a track exit between turn 1 and 2.  This improvement alone will speed the show along now that racecars can enter and exit the track at any time during practice, qualifying and racing.   By implementing this and other changes, we feel comfortable in maintaining our 7PM start throughout the 2008 season.
