Dells Raceway Park announced that Scott Sauerbrei has joined DRP's full time staff as Director of Race Track Operations and Facilities Management.
"As our Lead Technical Inspector in 2007, Scott earned the respect of everybody he met, and we are thrilled to have him on our staff," said co-owner Lance Fielitz. "He will play an integral role in all we do from this point forward."
Sauerbrei, a former crew member for NASCAR legend Mark Martin, is looking forward to the challenge. "I have been involved in racing for most of my life, and I am honored to be part of this new chapter in DRP's history," Sauerbrei said.
DRP's 2008 season will include full schedules for all five classes including Super Late Models, Limited Late Models, Super Stocks, Pure Stocks, and Bandits.
